Products and prices
Prices are in EUR and include VAT. BGN equivalents are for reference at EUR 1 = BGN 1.95583. Delivery and installation are separate. Availability and supplied accessories are confirmed before dispatch.
Ordering and contract formation
Guest checkout is available. Review and correct your details before submitting. Your request receives a unique reference and Awaiting confirmation status; you can download a copy. Submission creates no payment obligation. We contact you by phone to confirm stock, timing, shipping and the final total. A contract is formed after you expressly accept those final terms. Confirmation and terms are provided on a durable medium, including paper with the parcel. Goods are not dispatched without confirmation.
Delivery and payment
Delivery within Bulgaria by Speedy or Econt to an address, office or locker. The recipient pays delivery at the courier’s tariff. The actual charge depends on the parcel and is agreed before dispatch. Payment is made to the courier on receipt; lockers may require a card. The site does not collect bank card details.
Returns, complaints and disputes
See Returns and complaints. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Contact the trader with your order reference if there is an issue. You may complain to Bulgaria’s Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or request conciliation through its commissions under the applicable rules.
Accounts and discounts
You may create an account with an email and password or order as a guest. Email ownership is not verified yet, so guest orders are not automatically linked by email. Promotion codes apply to products only, one code per order, subject to the displayed minimum, period and usage limit. Cancelled orders release reserved stock and code usage. A pending request may be cancelled from the account before merchant confirmation; other cancellation and consumer rights remain available through the store.
