Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Notify the trader with an unambiguous statement through the contact form, by phone or post. Identify the order, goods and contact details.
Returns and refunds
Return the goods to the stated return address within 14 days of notifying us. You pay direct return costs. We refund payment including standard initial delivery within 14 days of notification, but may wait for the goods or proof of return. For payment on receipt, we agree a refund method without an extra fee. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond the necessary inspection of the goods.
Complaints
New goods have a statutory two-year conformity guarantee. Contact the trader with a description, order reference and proof of purchase. Remedies include repair or replacement and, when legally applicable, a price reduction or contract termination. A commercial warranty does not limit statutory rights.
